I remember as a kid … getting fruit and nuts in my stocking. I still remember the smells as my stocking was stuffed with all sorts of citrus. That was the plan in this Christmas collection soap. Wow … oranges, grapefruit, freshness abounds!! Have I told you how long it takes to make soap? The general mixing only takes a few hours … then we let it cure for at least a month. The smell in our workshop are wonderful … when we make 60 – 80 bars of different soaps. Yippeee!! We love it.

The more we interact with our customers … the more we find more people who like a lightly scented or no scent soap. The sweet pea jasmine is a very nice soap and is NOT scented heavily. If you like the smell of fresh jasmine … you will like this bar. As with all of our soaps … they are created in a cold process method and allowed to cure for weeks before they are sold. The bars have little shrinkage … because they do not contain water and the moisturizing properties are awesome.

It’s our second blend using the Orange fragrance … but this one is not as strong and has a hint of vanilla. Really, really nice. You would not believe the comments we get from the folks who use our soaps … I was a little overwhelmed by them at first. I love our soaps and I use them everyday and I am constantly trying to make them better. I told a lady that and she said … “leave it alone, your formula is perfect!”. I was a little taken back … but we have had a lot of repeat business from people we first “gave” the soap to in the beginning. I can’t publish that it cures any malady … but we have had a lot of testimonies of people with psoriasis, rosacea, acne, dry skin, oily skin, cracking skin … and people with allergies to commercial soaps … all have received huge benefits and are repeat customers. On Angel’s Wings was one of our first soaps that we went crazy over. The names of our soaps all have special meaning … Angel is our diary goat. This all started with her and even though she does not smell anywhere close to this soap … she does get the props. The fragrance is soft, subtle and sweet. This is not what you would call a major deodorant soap … just a nice soft clean scent. This soap contains Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, of course 100% goats milk and no water at all. Thanks for making the trip to our site. Unfortunately we are still in the process of catching up with our little endeavor. Frankly, we were all shocked at the success of what we have stumbled into. It all started with the purchase of a goat. We bought the goat because we could and our grandson was allergic to cows milk and buying it from the store was ridiculous. What we found is … our little Angel, that’s our goats name, could produce more milk that one little boy could drink. So, we began to freeze it … bottle it … give it away … feed it to the chickens … make cheese … but we still had way too much milk. We started making soap! Wow … after experimenting with many, many recipes … we think we hit on something. A very creamy soap that has great cleaning properties, super lather, and a scent that will make you crazy.
We beta tested our products for several months and now we are offering limited numbers of bars to the public. We say limited because … we can’t keep up with the production. All of the ingredients of our soaps are all natural. We know that you skin is important and we want these soaps to be safe and enjoyable … and it just takes time to make a good bar of soap. Honestly, this is just a hobby gone out of control … so just know that we don’t have 20 people working for us. We really don’t want that kind of production. We specialize in small batches of soap with an eye and a nose for detail.
Be patient with us … our day jobs keep us plenty busy … and this website will be a work in progress. If you just can’t wait … then give us a call.
